Hardware Operations Program Manager - Hong Kong
This position can be available in Hong Kong, Sydney, or Taiwan.

The role: Hardware Operations Program Manager
As a Hardware Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for several top programs while working with partner groups to create aggressive and achievable schedules. Your objective will be to organize the overall team, establish clear roles and responsibilities, and create a high level work flow plan while developing and owning the master schedule. Among your many attributes you have a technical background in infrastructure, capacity planning, and platforms. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills at the senior level as well as the ability to work closely and constructively with all areas of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Own and nurture the customer relationship.
- Deliver effective execution within large, multi-project programs.
- Define and develop cross-team roles, expectations, and responsibilities.
- Drive process development and iterative optimizations.
- Create and maintain master schedules, budgets, BoMs, and related tasks.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record.
- At least 7 years of large scale program management experience.
- Technical background and demonstrated excellence in areas of expertise.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with supply chain concepts.
- Experience within complex organizational settings (e.g., PMO, geographic dispersion, etc.)
