Enterprise Sales Manager - Hong Kong

The role: Enterprise Sales Manager
As an Enterprise Sales Manager you will have quota responsibility for achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory. Your main role will be to generate and close sales of Google Apps and Google Search Appliance products. You will be responsible for large account direct sales as well as managing existing resellers, recruiting new ones and helping them to build their business and go- to-market strategies. You will coordinate with Google's advertising sales team to leverage synergies.
Responsibilities:
- Generate plan to ensure broad penetration into the large accounts within your territory.
- Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.
- Develop and provide custom presentations on Google Enterprise products to customers to solve their business problems.
- Develop effective strategies for winning in a competitive environment.
- Gather, manage and direct a virtual team during the sales cycle; Build network of reseller and services partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of field sales experience in the Technology industry.
- Previous experience selling enterprise software.
- Proven ability to sell large deals and to meet or exceed multi-million dollar quotas.
- Experience building partner channels is highly desired.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English and Chinese.
- Able to work independently, but within a team environment.
